Lucille's Quick Pickles

Ingredients

20 oz Apple Cider Vinegar

18 oz Water

1 Tbsp Salt

1oz Lucille's Habanero Honey

10 pickling cucumbers

1 head of garlic gloves, peeled

2 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes

2 Tbsp whole peppercorns

2 Tbsp dill

1 Tbsp whole mustard seed

Directions

Put vinegar, water, salt and honey into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Stir in red pepper flakes, peppercorns, dill and mustard seed and remove from heat.

Let it cool completely.

Put your cucumbers and garlic cloves into a jar.

Pour your vinegar mixture into the jar until it is full.

Refrigerate for 24 hours.
