Lucille's Tangy Spicy Coleslaw

Ingredients

1.5 pounds of green cabbage, shredded

1 pound of red cabbage, shredded

1 carrot, peeled and shredded

12 ounces of sour cream

1 ounce of dill pickle juice

2 ounces of lemon juice

3 ounces of Lucille’s Habanero Honey Stone Ground Mustard Dippin’ Sauce

0.5 Tablespoon of cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix the sour cream, pickle juice, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and Lucille's Dippin' Sauce together in a bowl until it is completely blended.

Put your shredded cabbage and carrot into a large bowl. Pour the liquid mixture over the cabbage and toss thoroughly. Serve this up as a side dish for a pulled pork sandwich.
